But the truth is that each of us has an internal map – an innate inner sense of our goals, of who we are meant to be, and of the life we want to live. The work I do with my clients is all about helping you reclaim that map, brush away the dirt, and re-discover the clarity and direction that have always been hidden within you. 

My goal is to help you acknowledge and understand ​​the challenges you are facing, and then empower you to nonetheless be able to live a valued life and to be the person that you want to be.

In therapy we work, gently, on gaining clarity of what is truly important, improving an understanding of ourselves, and learning how to improve communication.
